Privacy policy

The data controller is Ivan Ponamarev, owner of ivanpin.com. For anything related to your data, email ponamarev.i@icloud.com.

From the contact form: your name, email or Telegram handle, store URL, your message and answers to the optional questions (platform, catalog size, role, timing, how you found the site).

The form also sends the page it was submitted from, the referring page, UTM tags and the Yandex Metrica visitor ID if there is one.

Only to reply to your request, arrange a call and prepare a proposal. I don't use this data for mailing lists and don't share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before you send the form. The form cannot be sent without it.

Your request reaches me as a private Telegram message sent by the site's bot. The site itself does not store requests.

I keep the conversation for as long as we discuss or work on the project, and delete the data on request.

The site uses Yandex Metrica, which sets cookies and collects anonymized visit data so I can see which pages are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email ponamarev.i@icloud.com and I will reply within 10 business days.
